We accept a minimum one week. We have weekly and monthly prices.

Maximum capacity per apartment: 3 adults.

Per week: $2000 Pesos Mex. (max 2 people)
1 month: $6000 Pesos Mex. (max 2 people)
2 months: $5000 Pesos Mex. (each)
More than 3 months: $4800 Pesos Mex. (each)

One Extra people: $1000 Pesos Mex. per month

All charges includes:

Nómadas apartments are located in front of Salvador Alvarado Stadium, in the main street of Mérida: Calle 62 which leads you directly to La Plaza Grande (Merida’s Main Square), there are many city busses running all the time and you can go everywhere in the city easily. We are just 2 blocks from Paseo de Montejo, Merida’s main avenue; 4 blocks from the US Consulate and we have several super markets around such as Wal-Mart, Mega, Gigante and Chedraui.

Good location to walk to many places or take a bus to reach almost any point of the city.

Buses going downtown run every minute just few steps from your apartmet, and you can also find buses going to Progreso Beach just one block away.

Self catering. You can ask for cleaning at extra charge.

You will get on day of arrival a clean apartment but it will not be cleaned the up-following days. If the apartment gets dirty during your stay you have to clean it.

We ask you not to dirt furniture, paint walls or make any structural change. You must return the apartment as clean as you received it, furniture and facilities in good condition.

The apartments are non-smoking.
Drugs of any kind are prohibited in México, also in our apartments.

With the freedom of having your own apartment and keys, you can come and go as you please, but you can not have guests to sleep over.

We accept children paying 50% of regular fare. Children 10 year or older pay as adults.

Pets are not allowed

A valid credit card is required for making a reservation on this website.

We take all credit cards to charge for the stay

Nómadas Apartments Reservations also requires EXTRA a REFUNDABLE deposit of _______ prior arrival.

You will get an e-mail with a fillable form that you must return by fax or e-mail.

You can pay deposit by Credit Card.

The deposit will be refunded the day of departure once you return the keys and leave the accommodation and cooking equipment in a clean, good condition.

• If you cancel your reservation must be aware that you will not get a refund of the 10% you pay to make the reservation to Hostelworld.
• If you cancel 30 days or before of date of arriving: 0% of payment penalty
• If you cancel 29-20 days before of the date of arrival25% of payment penalty
• If you cancel 19-15 days before of the date of arrival: 50% of payment penalty
• If you cancel 15-8 days before of the date of arrival: 75% of payment penalty
• If you cancel 7-0 days before of the date of arrival: 90% of payment penalty

Guests must inform time of arrival.

In case you are arriving after 18:00 hrs you will get first night of accommodation in Nómadas Hostel (private room with bathroom in suite) and then you will be taken to your apartment the next morning.

If you come home late night or early morning you have to be very quiet.
These are residential apartments with people living next to you. They will appreciate to have respectful neighbours.

We do not accept extra visitors not pets over.
